We ship our products worldwide using reliable and reputable carriers. The following terms and conditions apply to our shipping policy:
- We offer free shipping to the USA and the EU for orders over 10 USD.
- We charge a flat rate of 5 USD for shipping to all other countries, regardless of the order value or weight.
- We aim to process and ship your order within 14 weeks after the pre-order cutoff date and receiving your payment confirmation. However, this may vary depending on the availability of the products, the destination country, and other factors beyond our control.
- We will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your order once it has been shipped. You can also check the status of your order on our website by logging into your account.
- We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier, customs, or other third parties during transit. You are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in your country.
- We are not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by you. If your order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs again to resend it to the correct address.
- All sales are final and non-returnable after they have been opened. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. We will either replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.
